Based in deepest Somerset but operating throughout the UK and abroad, RGF Technical Services provides a comprehensive selection of engineering services, assisting you from the earliest stages of a project through to its completion and handover.

RGF Technical Services is run by its owner Richard Fryer, who draws upon some 14 years experience in engineering to provide a range of engineering services with a specialism in the design and use of lifting equipment.

Richard started his engineering career completing a 4 year precision engineering apprenticeship with a leading hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer, completed a BEng in Mechanical Engineering and then went on to work for some of the world's premier companies in the fields of heavy lifting and transportation, crane service and repair working on dockside cranes, power stations, bulk handling equipment, offshore oil rigs and other miscellaneous port machinery.
